Dear all,
As I am in the process of booking my flight to Crete, I was wondering if the preliminary schedule on the website is already confirmed—namely, that the event will begin on July 7th and conclude on July 11th.
Additionally, I would greatly appreciate it if I could know in advance whether it is possible to stay in the dorm on the night of July 11th, as the program appears to end in the evening and travel options might be limited at that time.

Hi, yes you can stay on the night of July 11th provided you inform us formally.
The schedule is confirmed.

Hi George,
I have the same question. How may I inform you formally if I want to stay also for Jul.11 night? (I have already applied for the accommodation but not sure if I have selected to stay on Jul.11 night as well...)

Please check the verification email you received upon registration. It shows your accommodation dates.

I checked the verification email, and it says my chosen departure date is Jul.11. However, I would like to stay for Jul.11 night as well, is it possible to do so?
Btw, I have received the email regarding the housing info which says the checkout date is Jul.12.

Hi George,
I arrive late in Heraklion on July 6th and will reach the campus around 9:00 AM on July 7th. Is it possible to check in early that morning or at least leave my luggage at the dorm?
Also, I initially selected July 11th as my departure date as confirmed in the verification email, but I would prefer to stay the night and leave on the 12th similar to what my colleague requested. Is that still possible?
