Dear all,
Would it be possible and, if so, how can I formally request the availability for a room in the accommodation starting from the 6th?
Also, is there going to be transportation from the airport to accommodations and vice versa?

Hi
We have given instructions regarding transportion, https://ebe.soc.uoc.gr/travel/.
Accommodation is provided between 6 (earliest check in) and 12 (lastest check out) of July. We indicate that already in the registration form.

@gstamatouoc-gr Hi George, can I apply for an extra day's stay, since my flight only returns on Sunday (13, July), I can pay for an extra night's stay. Thanks.
